  • One of the largest ambulance services in the UK have invested in our mobile bill import module, complimenting Prism and enabling a higher degree of individual analysis and visualisation to pin point trends and identify efficiencies to their high-spend mobile call traffic. 
  • A local territorial police force, operating in the south east of the UK, have purchased our highly effective alerting module to enhance the capabilities of Prism, bringing additional functionality to 3 forces from a single Prism estate and helping to identify high cost spend, fraud and sensitive number detection. 
  • A metropolitan borough council in the west Midlands have upgraded to the latest version of Prism, adding our proactive alerting module to their estate and purchasing 3 years of maintenance support. This investment brings the opportunity to receive greater insight to the business’ functionality requirements. 
  • An organisation within the UK Government have purchased Prism to monitor 7500 endpoints, improving overall functionality and knowledge of their large Avaya CM estate to support current and future infrastructure improvement measures. 
  • An international specialist banking and asset management group, partnered with Natilik, approached Tiger after learning that their existing call logging solution was failing to link their calls properly, causing mistrust in the data they were receiving. They have attained Prism to monitor two CUCM estates of 4000 endpoints. Alongside this, they have invested in our proactive alerting module and advanced training services to ensure optimal usage.
  • A market leading manufacturer of high-performance insulation products, partnered with Axonex, have purchased Prism to monitor three CUCM estates of 1500 endpoints, along with the benefits of our proactive alerting module, advanced training and directory integration, enabling the monitoring of call performance and ability to produce ad-hoc reports for investigations and queries. 
  • A British waste management company, partnered with BT, have upgraded their CUCM and Tiger estate to support their company expansion and increase of endpoints to 2,000 which now supports estate-wide intelligence 
  • A district general hospital in Bedfordshire have invested in Prism to monitor their 4,500 endpoint HiPath and Skype for Business estate, aiding in their wider project to modernise telephony by taking the leap and seeking enhancement to current process including the efficiencies gained with Prism dashboard-centric user access to data. 
  • A multi-site law firm specialising in personal injury claims, partnered with Sabio, are welcomed by Tiger after purchasing Prism to oversee their expanding Avaya CM estate, providing the ability to produce reports and utilise our dashboard functionality to meet departmental level independent data analysis needs. A 1 year of software assurance investment also compliments the solution.
  • One of the leading racecourses in the UK, partnered with Redcentric, have migrated from their well established Tiger 2020 Pro to Prism software, used to monitor their CUCM estate of 1500 endpoints at a more comprehensive level this will facilitate greater user adoption visibility as projects advance through the year.
