Tiger Prism R3 Release Notes summary – January 2018

Tiger Prism 2017.R3 is the 3rd release and focusing on adding some additional usability features as well as resolving customer support items.
Team Performance

A new Management dashboard has been created to display inbound and outbound call traffic. Generate statistics based on entire departments, or individuals within a department/s to see their performance.

Text wrapping and the vertical scroll bar

Each module within Prism has been enhanced to allow for longer descriptions. The opening view will display each item in the left section of the screen word-wrapped so that your naming convention can be fully utilised.

Scheduled Export & Widget Jobs

Several changes have been made within the Scheduler to enable further configuration of the output.

Scheduled Job Notifications – File Location

When setting up your job notifications you can define email recipients, FTP location or file location. These can be used individually or as combined methods of delivery.

DNIS Number Assignment

The Dialled Number Identification Service (DNIS) number allows you see which number was dialled by the external caller enabling an awareness of how your externally published numbers are being utilised. The DNIS functionality is telephony / UC system specific and Prism can only present data which is available to it within the CDR.
