Tiger User Group Success

Some 70 customers attended the recent Tiger User Group at at The Royal Society London on September 19th. The event was deemed a resounding success by all with customers gaining early access to the new Tiger software  release – Tiger Prism , a New Dimension in Call Logging with features including :-

  • Application Programming Interface (APIs)
  • Dashboards, Real Time, Call Volumes, Call Trace, Department Costs, Network Usage, Gateway Detail and High/low usage
  • Filters and Advanced Filters
  • Reporting and customized reporting
  • View my Invoice and View my Calls

Throughout the day there were engaging discussions on various subjects including:-

  • The use of Reporting and customized reports  
  • Invoicing 
  • Application Programming Interface (APIs)
